Purchases and Refunds
All purchases of coaching, services, digital products, and trainings are final; and no refunds will be given.
Accidental, duplicate purchase refunds may be requested at support@hollybuhler.com. Any other refunds are at the discretion of Holly Buhler. Absolutely no refunds are offered for services rendered and digital products/services given.
Absolutely no refunds are given for group programs/content. IF a refund of a 1:1 program or 1:1 package is determined appropriate by Holly Buhler, the full retail price of the services rendered will be deducted from any potential refund amount.
Scope of Practice
Client/reader understands that Holly Buhler is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that any of Holly Buhler’s services should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.
Client Responsibility and Participation
Client/reader understands that in order to receive the full benefits of Holly Buhler’s services client/reader needs to be mentally/emotionally/physically ready/willing/able to do the work and willing to receive. Client/reader understands that while he/she might consciously agree to these things, if his/her deeply held unconscious beliefs aren’t willing, he/she might not receive the benefit desired. Therefore client/reader understands that Holly Buhler does not guarantee results since personal and individual success depends of many factors that Holly Buhler has no control over, including willingness and desire to affect the changes inside the client/reader.
